Another Weather Alert Day

If it would just snow, it would be good. However, they are talking again about snow turning to rain/sleet for tonight into tomorrow.
I know it's coming. I can feel it in every joint and muscle in my body. It's not the flu, it's the incoming bad weather pain us old folks feel any time the barometer decides it's going to do something crazy.
I also went shopping this morning for only a couple things, mainly eggs, so didn't use the mobile cart, but a regular grocery cart, and I'm feeling it in my knees and lower back. Normally a small shopping trip like that one wouldn't cause the intense pain I'm in at the moment, but weather can do that to me.
So, today, right now, I feel like the senior citizen my age tells me I am. When I've had time to give all these aches and pains time to go away, then I'll be young again.
Depending on how bad it gets, will determine whether I go to the pool tomorrow, and I said as much to the only person who went swimming on Tuesday and got yelled at by her daughter for doing something so crazy.

Man, I never knew the weather changes can cause pain. The weather here was also crazy. Well, we went to Mexico in Early January and when we came back thinking it was gonna be cold and probably raining, it was pretty hot. We had our jackets on but it was hot for a weather in January. They also did say it was going to rain but it never did. I figured why I didn't see rain this season but thought it had rained while we were out of the country.

I never feel impending weather in my joints but I know somepeople do. Of course, there is always time!

@snowy22315 I'm not looking forward to doing laundry at my son's. The stairs to his basement will most likely be over the top for my knees.

@FayeHazel No pool today. We're in the pink - ice. Not happy. Yes, the pool is fantastic for my arthritis, especially the hot tub. My knees feel brand new when I get out of the hot tub, but only for a little while. Walking as I did in the store yesterday, really messed up my left knee. I had to put ice on it for some relief, as well as Ibuprofen yesterday. It's still sore today, but not as bad.

@just4him Sorry about the arthritis ... :/ It makes sense how the pool would help.
I was going to complain about the snow coming - but... if it doesn't rain I'll be happy. Hope your weather holds

Last week we had two ice days. Monday's storm was much worse than Friday's storm, though I still didn't go swimming. Saturday's storm was the best of the three. At least it didn't keep me home from church. And what ice there was, was completely melted by the time church was over.

I get achy joints when the weather turns bad too. We've had almost non-stop rain for weeks but I'm thankful it isn't freezing rain

We're getting some snow and icy rain on Sunday. Right now, it looks dangerous but things can change. I'll make sure that I do what needs to be done before then in case it becomes too hazardous to go out.
