What are you doing if you have slow internet connection?

Hello guys! Today I have time to visit myLot but when I'm going to access the website and other site, it loads too slow! I can't watch video's on YouTube or It can't load even facebook messenger! I already contacted the company through facebook, but they only "seen" my message! I wished they're doing something to fix the issue.

I don't often have this issue. Sometimes, just rebooting my computer or the router helps.

Yeah, It's a very rare situation on my end as well, that I encounter this type of issue, but if there's internet issue usually it took a week to fix it.. but I dont want to wait for a week huhu

First thing to do reboot the router. But now I don't have a dsl where I moved.

@tech40 What type of internet is that? I have Pldt fibr and was experiencing some problems a couple of days ago. The quicker way to get their response and fix the problem is through twitter DM.

Whenever I have had that problem, I always have apps that are running in the background that I didn't know about. See if you have any apps that are running

I'm not running any apps, or I don't use my phone to connect wifi right now, I'm using my desktop, and I checked my app if there's application on my desktop that runs with wifi but there's none :(

@cintol Same here, and I think the problem is on the provider directly.. hoping they'll resolve the issue.

I dont have landline to do it :( I tried to ask my friends and they dont have landline as well, I cant use my phone since itll charge a lot.. but since im going to mall, ill try to drop by on pldt

@tech40 I see you don't have a phone and you have PLDT? how was it? if you have PLDT internet connection it will come with a phone service too. You cannot have PLDT if you don't have a landline.

It is so inconvenient to have slow internet connection. If it is not my problem after I checked it, I will contact with the ISP and ask them to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Yup! It's totally inconvenience specially you're doing lot of things online that is why you really need an internet connection to do your tasks, but finally it's ok now :) I can do mylot stuffs!

You could try clearing your caches and history and then restarting the computer.
