Unless you are a teacher or administrator, shut up about what should happen in schools

People who have no idea about what teachers do all day every day have no business trying to make policy about what should happen in America’s schools. These people have no idea how many balls teachers have to keep up in the air all day each day. Adding the responsibility of carrying a concealed weapon and having to try to kill a school shooter? That is well beyond their professional training, responsibilities, and pay grade. They have families who want them to return home safely too. The answer to school safety is NOT armed teachers. We have enough on our plates. We are too busy to specialize in shooting and SWAT team tactics. Maybe government should get on some common sense gun control laws?

Arming teachers won't be a deterrent but would cause more problems.

Yes in states that still HAVE unions. Wisconsin, I believe, does not. After the Janus decision in the Supreme Court, many others may not.
