This year I notice most of our fruit trees are yielding before their time and the bell fruit is no exception. I already see flowers and tiny fruits too. Bell fruits are ideal for summer. They are juicy and sweet. I make juice out of these fruits by adding a touch of ginger and sugar syrup, The preservative that I add keeps the juice for several months. It is kept in the fridge for safe measure.
