Iron in normative food.

.. When I was vegetarian God forbid and still consumed cow milk and eggs, my irons levels were pretty down only when I started to eat normative foods that doesn't include anything from animals good individuals, my iron levels started to get high, I eat lentils, green beans, freshly grated beets with squeezed lemon and iron levels are great. I do the same as a vegetarian. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, I do not eat eggs alone nor do I drink milk or eat butter, but I have eaten a baked good that has egg or milk as an ingredient. . I eat a lot of lentils, raisins, soybeans, fortified cereals, oatmeal, nuts and seeds, brown rice, tomatoes and tomato sauce to get the iron I need. .
