Mylot is still driving me nuts!

If we were to use tag words to describe Mylots content it would be Jesus,weather,medical,jesus,snow. It is frustrating to say the least that more of you don’t exploit this decent platform to write something interesting. Your work is place on search engines. I’m not criticising you guys but just saying why don’t you try and write something that’s getting on your mind that’s in the news and stuff? It was good to see some good pieces on guns and that ludicrous man Trump and clearly something that polarises our American writers but that’s about all that gets the Yanks going here. I’m also surprised how few people want to talk about sport. A couple of writers do some nice bits on music but in general its hard work here to find interesting stuff. I like the little Florida ice dance girl though. After the 15-year-old Russian won the gold today she should be lifted up to greater things. I check the ‘INTERESTING DISCUTIONS’ section every morning only to see most of my reviews. I think they dominate that list because I am the only one who consistently writes over 500 words. I always check the ‘TOP RATED DISCUSSIONS’ to see if anything interesting there but again it’s just more stuff about somebody’s bowels are playing up or its snowing in Buffalo and the usual crowd are thanking Jesus for stuff that really did have nothing to do with him. Top Rated Discussions literally is that and threads that have the most rates. I try to write stuff to engage you guys and enjoy the comments you write below, polite ‘likes’ back or from people who have actually read it. But it’s so disheartening to see just ten reads for my stuff and then someone who clearly doesn’t speak great English get 30 rates for one sentence on the mango he bought at the market. It’s the thought that members that do make money here will have to slave away all day rating each other for that illusive dollar day. Obviously a few of you are older and some are housebound and one or two agoraphobics in the Mylot mix and this website is important to you and I’m not being disrespectful to you but one or two of you others really should up your game and write something punchy. I get that to most of you its facebook here and no more than social media but surely you are as annoyed with the world as much as I am and want to let rip! And it is the place to let rip as its one of the very few places left online where you can for cents. Now I was going to dump Mylot and try postloop but they have a crappy layout and the small posts there look even worse. I will try some new things on here until April to get rates and reads and then I need a break.
