So, I had to run to the mall for some nachos, and made a quick stop at Tim Horton’s for my usual. I was a bit thirsty, so I thought I’d also get a bottle of water. I paid for both, and as she as pouring my coffee she said “that’s nice. Someone e grabbed your bottle of water for you.” My calm response? “Actually, someone stole my bottle of water and the bugger ran off!” She apologized and handed me a new one. While this kind of crap doesn’t happen often in #Guelph, it does happen. This is one reason why I like to be consistent and not take unsolicited help from strangers. I feel pissed because Tim’s got ripped off, but I do appreciate them taking responsibility anyway.
