I think I feel much better now

I feel better today. I'm so lucky I slept the whole night last night. I look at the time it's 10 pm and I'm still awake after laying at 8:45 pm but after that I don't know the time until I wake up at 5:30 am. I didn't watch the clock the whole night. I check it only twice before I sleep and after I wake up. I can manage my nervousness too. I already have my medication yesterday. I take the whole tablet of clonazepam instead of half to help me sleep. After four days of no sleep I'm able to sleep last night but I don't have dreams. I wish I have some dreams as I know I really sleep when I have dreams.

I am happy that finally, you were able to sleep. But I think you shouldn't force yourself to sleep if you aren't sleepy yet. Maybe you should read the bible or a book until your eyes get heavy. Or you can watch a video or a TV show that is funny. Anything, that can make you laugh and happy before you finally go to sleep.
