I was craving for ginatang bilobilo, as one mylotter pointed out that this ginatan is better. So I went to Pan de Amerikana, a restaurant that is named in Spanish, alludes ownership to the Americans, and syllabicated in Tagalog of Filipino. This restaurant is as mushy and shabby, museum-like cafe. This one is also hailed as one of the best chess restaurants in the world. The basic commodity is pan, or bread, specifically wheat bread. But the menu includes Igado, karekare, Bicol Express, Lumpiang Gulay, Mechado, etcetera, etcetera. This is no advertisement. I just like the traditional concept and the good food. I ordered, of course, ginatang bilo bilo and it was so good, Not sweet at all.

Best chess restaurant? I wonder how they'd get to be known as one?

From the television feature, I did hear that there were criteria for being known as a chess resta. Indeed, there was a life-size chess set, and the tables could be converted to chess tables. Anyone could play. Surely the resto couldn't claim if the resto was not acknowledged as one.
