I don't have internet connection for almost a week, my mother went to provider office and file a ticket for the investigation, and advised to wait within 2-3 business days, I've been waiting for more than 3 days, and since there's no update, I decided contact the provider through facebook messenger, I got upset since they just "Seen" my message to them, so on the following day I decided to go by myself with @Sundie and to file a ticket, and they stated that they'll request a technician to go to my address to resolve the issue. On the following day, someone went to my house today, and fixed the issue and Finally! I already have an internet access! Time to be more active (I wish)

we usually call/report through the landline and they give a report ticket number. they always say they have 24-48 monitoring. what did the technician say the reason/cause was?

@tech40 it's good that it's finally restored, but it's really annoying that we have to do the follow up, instead of them checking on us, right? do you pay a fixed amount every month regardless of usage?

@hereandthere Yup it's totally annoying since you really need to allotted some time just to go there and report the issue.. Yup it's fixed amount regardless the usage

My experience on PLDT is very worse, I suppose to repair my line in just 2-3 days but it's not totally fixed and need to follow up again until waiting to 3 months. Incompetent service.

Are you located on province? I remember I have experience with them that it took 1 month for them to solve the issue .

@tech40 No, I was on National Capital Region. 1 month is a little late to fix while mine is very late to 3 months of nonstop follow ups. Soon might change of mind to change telco company.
