Is it the beginning of the end for the NRA?

So it looks like momentum is gathering and the gun lobby are in trouble. I always felt if the white middle class kids said enough is enough they would get some big wins against the NRA. The publicity they are generating is ramping up and big companies that court NRA members with big discounts for their products are jumping ship, and when a few make the first move many follow. This wont go away as another mass shooting is coming. The ones who don’t will be boycotted by the anti gun lobby Americans, most of America. These companies may simply be acting strategic and looking to pick up consumers who don’t agree with guns and outraged and will switch to these guys but something is happening. When the gay Americans got shot up in Miami nobody cared that much as they were gay men and although Sandy Hook didn’t trigger an NRA boycott this will as we now know it will only happen again if it’s not stopped. White middle Americans don’t like being taken for granted. Cutting ties with the NRA... • Delta Airlines • United Airlines • Enterprise Holdings, which is the parent company of Enterprise rent-a-car, • Symantec, a cybersecurity company • SimpliSafe, a home-monitoring company • First National Bank of Omaha, which issued the NRA Visa credit card • MetLife • Wyndam Hotel Group • Avis • Hertz • Best Western hotel group • Allied Van Lines • Budget • Chubb Insurance • North American Van Lines • Paramount Rx • TrueCar • Alamo Rent A Car The important thing here is this movement is being driven by young women and they are linking it to other feminist movements. Ultimately it’s mostly men that love guns and who buy guns and shoot guns and so it becomes a man hating protest at its heart so it gathers momentum. I think that’s the only and best way as young college boys running it, I think, would fizzle out. The girls have got the bit between their teeth. It’s absurd that an 18 - year guy can buy an automatic weapon in a store but can’t buy a beer for another three years? When he is 21 he can drink the beer and fire the gun legally?? In Wall-mart they deliberately put ammunition on the lower shelves so kids can see it and get used to the exciting logos on the boxes. Is just unfathomable why Americans need to have a machine gun for leisure use. The protesters know Trump won’t help them and so they will go it alone and hope its gets some heads like the Metoo movement.

Its a good sign as far as I am concerned but same thing happened to Rush Limbaugh. He is still around. They will just hide in their hole and regroup. They are far from done and probably have not seen anything yet.
