Rest, drink calamansi with medication of both neozep and tylenol 3 times a day. That worked for me.

I hope the virus has finally left your home, and you and your kids are feeling great now. It's difficult when you need the sleep but you just couldn't. Sometimes I just do some meditation or exercise, then it might make me fall asleep easier. But when I am not feeling well, it's not easy to sit still and meditate or exercise, so I just lay down on the bed and "meditate". It's actually just breathe slowly or count my breathing and be relaxed.

Do some slow inhales and exhales. Altering your breathing pattern can lead to better sleep.

@rakski When I have the "clog nose" issue, I always sleep on the opposite side of my clog nostril, and breathe hardly through my nose, with mouse closed. It always helps to unclog. I just switch side if both my nostrils clog.

Under such conditions it hard to fall asleep. Hopefully things will quickly improve.

Now I feel much better but still with some aches and pains in my body. After sending off my son to school I slept for a coyple of hours that help me regain more strength.
