I pay USD 0.00 He he he .. I used my office Broadband line when acessing internet. Sometimes i used free line at cofee bean .. they provide free boradband line.. but ofcourse you have to pay for Mocha Latte 1 glass... It's realy nice... :-)

Whats you netspeed and ISP provider.I pay Rs 511 for 56 kbps unlimited.For Rs 1000.Your net speed might be really verry fast.
