Freezing

I don't remember experiencing freezing weather like today. I am wearing 3 layers, which I never do, but it's still cold. I can't wait to get to work.
It's minus 6 Celsius. But that's not the real problem. The real problem is with the strong wind that freezes your bones. This weatger is expected to last till weekend and it may snow tomorrow.

It is so cold that I said screw animal rights, I will be wearing fur and I dont care if those peta freaks will attack me. Conventional Jackets dont keep me warm, I now understand why people wear fur.

I am in the UK and it has certainly been -6 at times where I am. Thankfully, I work from home. My current status is that I have a duvet on the sofa draped over an oil heater (safe as all the oil is enclosed,) a cherry stone bag (heated in the microwave at my feet and all the windows closed. Through the window, I can see snow falling and laying fairly fast now. It looks to me as if the wind is blowing the snow so it will not be pleasant to go out in it.

The wind always makes it worst when it is cold. It is like an air bazooka of icicles stabbing your face haha It is chilly here, but not cold like other places.
