Friends, how much time does it take you to finish your meal ( lunch or dinner )? I need 25 to 30 minutes for it.I chew every morsel properly till it turns into liquid. That's why I don't have any problem with my digestive system. What about you? Do you chew every morsel of your food properly or swallow it in a hurry?

@Shivram59 not half an hour..ten minutes is enough.. sometimes it depends on food we take too.

@Icydoll Exactly. You need to concentrate on chewing every morsel of your food.Time depends on what you are taking, breakfast or a full meal.

It takes me 10-15 mins to finish my meal. I think I should take more time and chew food more than what I do .

@sjvg1976 I would like to ask you to make it a point to chew every morsel of your food properly. It will improve your digestive system.10-15 minutes is not a short time too.Chew your food properly until it turns into liquid. Our in your mouth and see the benefits for yourself.

I don't like to sit infront of the meal long time. My digestive system is not working properly.

Well, I mostly try to take time to chew and digest my food, but sometimes it has to be done in a hurry.

I'm afraid I'm one of those people who bolts my food and then still feels hungry a the end because I haven't allowed it to digest properly. I know it's not good but I'm always so hungry!

@sprite1950 I think, you'd better consult your doctor.Only a doctor can tell you what your problem is,whether you have some problem in your digestive system.

There is a middle way. I don't need half an hour for a meal but I never have problems with my digestive system.
