Coffee or tea

I feel that many Indians are addicted to tea or coffee. If people don't have it Early morning, there headache starts. Some people drink it 5-10 times a day. What do you suggest? I too a tea addict :) Picture clicked by me.

@neha211985 I think tea is also healthy but don't drink too much because they say it has a bad effect on your internal organ.

I think both can make you feel energetic. I like coffee much more since I like to add sugar and milk inside. I like something sweet.

I am loving coffee the most then tea. But if push comes to shove, I can do without them both. However that would mean no one could approach me to talk to me for fear of biting heads off.

I am very much a tea person. But when I drink anything with caffeine I like to drink water because I am super sensitive to caffeine.

I like coffee, but my preference is tea. I have it in the afternoon and at lunch - sometimes with a snack.

I like to drink coffee than tea. Coffee keeps me refreshed. I drink two cups a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Coffee is my most favorite drink. I can never say no to it. Yes, I too think Indians are more addicted to tea and coffee.
