Writing about weather is boring but not this year

Europe is freezing but the North Pole where it is supposed to be winter the temperatures are rising.
Back where I live it is extremely odd - quite cool in the early morning hours but not so later in the day. March per se is supposed to bring in summer and that is not what is happening. Our mango trees are flowering again. We got some mangoes earlier this week - a rare phenomena.
This link writes about weather in the North Pole
Winter is still in full swing in the North Pole, but temperatures this week have been downright summerlike in the Arctic.

All these changes in weather patterns do have an effect on the flora and fauna to a great extent and wonder what causes it since you say this happened years ago as well and so nothing to do with global warming.

Well, it happened thousands of years ago @allknowing some archaeologists found tropical plants frozen many feet under a sheet of ice.
