While collecting a house payment the tenant asked if the house was still open, I told her yes and she said she knew a couple that needs a place, both work and she even told them about the no pets, etc.I told her to give them my number. Well they called today. I was working at the house this evening and did not hear the phone, so I called back when I got home and the guy was excited when I told him to come look, it maybe what he wants, it may not be, but its not ready. I am doing this tomorrow because both are off from work. I Painted the entire hall and all the doors, that is the hardest place to paint because there is no room to use the extension pole. I also did the lower trim in the bathroom and I finished the dining room by doing the upper trim. Tony did more of the trim outside. Tomorrow I will replace a few kitchen tiles, Paint the bathroom, finish the trim in the laundry room, that should finish up the interior painting. Last is always putting the clear coat on the floors. So maybe tomorrow I will have new tenants, maybe not. How was your day?
