How Often You Clean Your Mail Box? / myLot

I like to keep my E-Mail box clean. The shabby box with so many unwanted mails makes me sick!

I delete unwanted mails once in two days and send the required mails to their respective folders so that I can have them whenever required.

Thus you can say my Incoming Box is always clean to look at.

How about you? Do you clean your mail box frequently and arrange mails in respective folders?

I use gmail and it organized my mail when they arrive. It is very useful, because it is easier to separate the mails.

I have an account in gmail and they are sending mails on separate sections and I am getting important/individuals mails on primary section. The other sections are social, promotions, updates, forums. Then there is spam folder as well, which I make empty most of the times, otherwise I don't clean it any other folders.

When you are getting organized mails what is the point in cleaning them now and then! yes we need to delete junk and spam mails to save the space! Thanks @Sreekala!

I do that most every day as I do not like the clutter that fills everything up and I can´t get to read e-mails I need to be able to read. Lovely image too.

Yes, that sounds logical if you are getting too many mails and to avoid confusion it is better to delete the messages then and there only if they are not required any more! Thanks dear @LadyDuck !

@AKRao24 I save my mails in folders. Yesterday I was exchanging emails with a Notary and a Bank, I had to check often if they replied asking more questions.

My email box is almost a joke as I have many old emails that I haven't read yet and are marked in red, it says that I have more than 1000 emails that I haven't read yet. don't know if I will ever clean my email box
