Heavy Heart

I got emotional awhile ago. I cried. My heart is so heavy and I needed to cry to let this out.
Whenever I heard someone is dead in the center. I feel sad and will think of me. What if I'm gone one day? Where am I going after? These are the question I tried not to come in my mind but sometimes I can't help to think about it.
I think I get weaker and weaker every day. I cannot move my legs sometimes. I feel my hands are weaker. I feel so tired even if after my dialysis. I feel exhausted after 6 to 8 steps and I feel I cannot carry loads of my body.
I think I am miserable.
Do you feel this sometimes too?

There is nothing in our hands about the future...so why not to concentrate about the present time dear friend @JustBhem ! I am responding this discussion after doing some research about you, your friends and your health dear friend!
Agreed you have some problem but then think of those who are having worst problems than your good self, you are lucky to have friends here who are very sensible, sensitive , caring, understanding and caressing!
Please be positive and have faith on the Almighty, he has been always for all of us and he will take care of us and remember he loves and helps those who are brave in first place!
So dear friend just cheer up and make all of us happy too! God bless!

Many say pain after pain, sorrow after sorrow, one becomes stronger and accepts the struggles of life.
But you're young, you don't deserve all this pain.
I came to know of an app that "remembers you must die" and it says it improves happiness.
It may sound weird, but maybe it's true: once you find the right answers to the question you asked, you should feel more calm and serene. Cogito ergo sum, I think therefore I am, thinking is underrated nowadays, but it's one of the biggest cures. Your body and mind need to vent, and in the meanwhile you might reach "enlightenment".
You have the tools you need, and everything starts from yourself. Your body is fighting, with or without medicine, and would like you and your mind to do the same.
I'm sensitive as well, but I try my best to be positive and accept the events, usually by giving them a purpose or a reason. There are times it's harder than usual, and sometimes one event makes us think of previous similar traumas, it's like opening the Pandora's box.

sometimes i also imagine myself having those contraptions that we see in IMCU, like AMBU bags, mechanical ventilators, etc. this makes me think twice if i should go on with the heart operation that my cardiologist advised me to undergo

@JustBhem i am anxious, although i want it. i asked my cardiologist if it will be an open heart surgery, or a stent will be inserted in my femoral vein.

Do you think it will make you better if you have that surgery?

Im sorry you have such a hard time moving around. I hope one day you are much better.
Those thoughts, I'd say are pretty normal. Let it out. No reason to keep it in.
