Whatever to do when there are so many coming up against "Leadership?" It seems as though there are so many without focus. They've focused on the wrong areas. Why? For so many they're mindsets are focused on the competition. The competitors seem to be so aggressive. Perhaps they're dissatisfied with what's occurring and they're so upset. When a person has been called or selected for a position then persons will realize that they're efforts to remove the person will be difficult.
