Mind detox after a seperation

Starting over after a seperation or divorce is not as easy as it seems afterall especially if it wasn't initiated by you. Suddenly you are lonely and have to get used to that,you are filled with guilt,regrets insecurities and so many unanswered questions. You have to unlearn being married detoxify your mind from being a wife or husband and learn to accept being single learn how to go on out dates again,and so many more How long does this feeling last how long before confidence is restoted just how long Just when you feel you are getting better you see something or someone that reminds you of everything you try to forget and then you are sad and down for while ,and this circle continues Is there something that can be done to speed up the healing forgetting and moving on process

You have posted the same thing twice. Mind detox is a good term. I can think of other times one could use a brain detox to unlearn things and learn new things.
