Avocado

I do sometimes but not before I go to bed. Hubby is watching how to make a coconut oil. The one cooking was from India and it is very hard to understand his English. I told my hubby that I know how to make it as I have made coconut oil before with my mother. After that, another cooking session. Listening to the sound of frying food while I am Mylotting made me hungry. So I went to the kitchen and search for something to eat. We don´t have junk food except for roasted peanuts. But I remember that I bought avocado yesterday in Aldi. So, I am eating this now while writing this post. Are you getting hungry watching cooking videos? I do and so I try not to watch before I go to bed. Anyway, good night. It is again midnight in Germany. Have a beautiful and successful new week.

I would not call "roasted peanuts" junk food.

Oh no. They are not junk food and we have those stored in the cupboards. What I meant is that, we only have those roasted peanuts at home. In fact I am eating these right now @marlina .

We don't watch many cooking videos but Vince often looks up particular recipes that he wants to try.

@thelme55 Sometimes Vince can't decide what to cook and he'll type in some of the ingredients he wants to use and dozens of recipes will come up.

Yes, I do watch cooking videos in YouTube. There is a lady from our state, who is posting lots of cookery classes for new comers, I really like her way of explaining and never miss any small points. So beginners are so happy with her shows and now she has 3 lakh subscribers. One I was searching a dish and accidentally spotted her. I subscribed her channel and do watch her channel once or twice in a week.

@thelme55 Veena's Curry World. She is from Kerala and her presentation on our native language. But she gives English sub titles so it helps for people all over the place.

@thelme55 Some people should be banned from YouTube, making historic recipes so wrong.

I'm not a fan of cooking shows or cooking anymore than I have to. My husband has surprised me with a few things he saw on a cooking show. Yummy, too!

yesterday, when i was sitting down and nodding, i thought of making myself a snack of the roasted corn dipped in vinegar, that my lips turned white because of the acidity of the 'datu puti'.
