What were the best years of your life?

I think my early twenties were the best years of my life. I was carefree. I wanted to explore the world. I had just graduated from the University and had the world in front of me. Looking back on those times I wish it would come back all over again. If I had to live it again, I would do things differently. I would have been more faithful and caring to my girlfriend who left me. I would have saved more for the raining day else I wouldn't be wishing for some peanuts online from mylot and beermoneyforum. As for you mylotters, what were the best years of your life? 20's? 30's? 40's? And why?

@sjvg1976 Forgive me. I thought you were a woman. So as per your original comment, don't you have guys with you now?

Right now. My childhood wasn't good. I had a few good years of married life, but not many. Though the kids were worth it. I never got along with my parents, had a hard relationship with my siblings. Since my parents passed, life between my siblings and me is much better. Even with the passing of my X, my children and I get along better - for the most part. So, right now is the best time of my life. We're all getting along, except for my oldest and me.

@mydanods We were doing well, but he called last week and disowned me. It will be up to him to bring that relationship back to life. I know I can't do anything until then.

Oh, it was our perfect 2007! I was 14, was in my pre-last year at school, life was great, everyone was happy, healthy, we could eat many delicious things, my family moved to a bigger flat! My first relationship began! In 2008, the crisis began, much less money, inflation, my granny became ill, exams, everything turned to be difficult... But I also remember when I was 18, it was 2011, I was in my fourth year at college, no difficult exams, very interesting studies, friends, parties, clubs, a new relationship began, life was full of enjoyment! I was beautiful, young, full of strength and could do pretty anything. Really, when I remember about these two years, I feel so happy that I had that life

I too loved my twenties but I also liked my thirties when I was raising my children. They were sweet and little and I always knew where they were, not like when they grow into teenagers and you never know what they are up to.

I have encountered a real mother. You are the first to say your best years were connected with your kids. Good for you. I envy you.

I think in my twenties when I first got married and started my career. I had money to spend on what I wanted and needed for my young family.

Does that mean that right now you don't have money to spend as you wish? Do you equate money with having a good time and enjoying yourself?

I always say when I was 13 and 14 were the best years of my life. It is when I had all my friends and just fun. Then after than everything went down hill. I think a lot of things are looking up now as I head closer to my mid twenties.

I had fun in my 13-16 age bracket. I had a rich uncle who was always generous to me. Weekends were a treat at his place.

I don't wish to be a child all over again. I want to be independent of my parents. Haven't you had fun since your childhood days or is it only toil?

The best years of my life were when I was small. When I was 8-10 years old. I was happy, I enjoyed present moment and everything, I was loved, I had peace in my mind and soul. Now I'm the opposite.

I love my school days. My days while doing MA were also fantastic. I miss those days very much. In years, the best part of my life was when I was 10-20years old.
