Thank you everybody for your kind words and prayers. They took me right in as soon as I got there and I got the best of care. They did blood work and an xray and my heart is good. I was glad to hear that. He said I had a mild concussion and a pulled chest muscle from my fall. It will all heal on its own in time. He told me to be careful not to fall again especially in the next two weeks. He told me to do a follow up with my family doctor. He also said that with my heart health history that if I have any concerns at all that I should not hesitate to go back and get checked out.
I am taking the rest of the day off work. I am going to lay down and try and get some sleep I have been awake since 3am. Thanks again everybody.

I'm sorry you had to go to the hospital and I'm sorry you are in pain, but I am so glad it was not something worse. I hope you heal quickly, I will be praying!
