Yes, you read it right! If you have this US cent issued in the year 1969 then you can sell it for anything from $45000 to $100,000!
Check if you have any in your change left with you!
But then, there is a catch…there are more than 544 million of such coins in circulation, but from that you need to be lucky to have this coin which is known as, “Double Die Obverse” Cent of 1969.
They are just about 20 coins in circulation and they are considered very rare!
How to identify them:
1. They are the Cents from 1969 edition.
2. They have double impression on the obverse side.
3. They are from San Francisco Mint bearing ‘S’ as mint mark.
4. They are made up of Bronze and weigh 3.11gms.
Further details will be given as per your curiosity! Please dart your questions as this is the question of $100,000! All the best! Thanks!

Whoah, what about if someone really found one?
I would be over the moon just to find it.
Hoping someone does find one of those and strikes it rich and that is a lot of money for one cent.

Some of those misprinted coins can be quite valuable. There is a 1970 quarter listed on e bay for $35,000. Seems they used an reused Canadian coin from 1941 and struck the quarter onto it.
