I hadn´t seen Lili since last year. She had gone around Christmas to see their grandchildren in England and then, later on, I went for some time to La Herradura.
While she was away, my apricot tree gave its apricots so I froze some as a Christmas present for her.
Today I gave her the apricots and we talked about all that had happened during the summer that is now ending.
I will now mylot a bit and watch TV. It was a lovely, sunny, day.I will now read some of your posts, friends. See you.

I use them as soon as I defreeze them. If I want to make a juice, I don´t even wait until they are thawed. And for a cake, I wait until they are not frozen stiff.

@marguicha I do the same with the strawberries. If I make a juice, or an ice cream, I do not even wait until they are thawed.

Actually I did it because I was lazy. Usually I make chutneys and the like to give them. But I figured that they would miss the apricots and I had space in my freezer.

We had many nice things to go with coffee, so I just made some scrambled eggs and ate them. I´m ready for bed.
