Lots of foods in africa have hidden gluten and thats why inflammation is very common. is there a way one can do away with gluten in foods? do you have any gluten-free food you eat regularly?

I think most of our foods also have gluten which we have on daily basis. But there is a a grain called as Ragi in local language (Finger millet) that is suppose to be very good as it is having no gluten and rich is various nutrients along with good fiber content dear friend @shynu44 !
