I was just reading a thread about the English that Australian people use, and they say natives from the USA many time won't be able to understand what Australian people are saying. Is that true? Though I love their British accent, do you like British accent?

My niece has settled down in Australia and her kids have acquired that accent which is difficult to understand.

It's interesting how one's English can BE and SOUND so different though. I should check further how that happened in Australia and maybe they can teach you their nice accent :)

The Australian English it's way closer to the one in England indeed, both complicated to understand :)

I love the British accent. Australian accent is a little British but there are some Australians who speak with such heavy accent it's a bit hard to udnrqsand them.

He-He! I love southern American accent and yes, on times it's almost impossible to understand. For me, Australian accent also will be very hard to understand and also they would use like words I've never heard before :)

American accent is also to me, more easy to understand than the other ones, I guess it's a matter of getting used to it.
