Cheap, but tasty meals.

What are your favourite cheap, but tasty meals? Do you have a recipe for them? My personal favourite is spaghetti (approx 5p), garlic mayo or garlic cream cheese (10p) and some salt and black pepper (1p). I then add whatever I have in, whether that be meat or veg. Very cheap, tasty and easy to make.

When I'm absolutely lazy, but want to eat quickly I grab my frozen edamame the peeled ones are the ones I buy. Make the edamame warm with a little heating, add mayonnaise then, sprinkle garlic salt to taste...a meal is born. This is so cheap, 1.69 for shelled edamame or soy beans frozen. I like it. I add button mushrooms when I got a can in my cupboard too. Another cheap meal is a can of corn with a can of button mushrooms add butter and garlic salt to taste. I like my sauce a bit thick so I'd add cornstarch mixed with water to taste when it's boiling for a thicker sauce for my corn button mushroom meal.
