I have been away for a while from here due a joint pain in my left leg. Its been more than a weak now that there hasn't been any relief from the pain. I had even visited the doctor but the relife was just for the moment. I am unable to sit in one place for long so just can't visit here regularly. I thought let's find out some natural remedies for the pain, and have begun asking for advices. Do you have any idea what could be done related to the joint pain by means of natural remedies? @kavinitu Boil four cups of water, add one teaspoon of turmeric powder, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a cup; add a bit of honey.

I went to the doctor for my back pain. She advised me to get a cane. If it doesn't go away she said the last resort is surgery. I started seeing the back pain commercial, laser treatment...costs $10K! I started researching about it online for holistic remedies. One was White Willow Bark for back pain. I hoped the sale at CVS would have White Willow Bark, but they had none on sale nor in store at all. Luckily they suggested to go to Vitamin Shoppe across the street. I went and found their generic brand, 100 for 5.99. I started drinking it and it worked like a charm. I put my cane on the side of my bed happily! Then I got bursitis in my arm joints. I researched a bit for a holistic cure too; luckily CVS has the buy on get one free for Glucosamine HCI 1500 MG with MSM 1500 MG for join health dietary supplement...it's pricy this is for 150 caplets for 17.49. The buy one get one free, makes 300 caplets for 17.49 so it's a good bargain. Walgreens has Glucosamine Chondrotin I bought also at a buy one get one free, for $4.48 per bottle for 60 caps. I do exercise for my back that I saw on tv KHON news show that works very well too. Well, it's for the back and you got let pain. Joint health is important and Glucosamine Chondrotin and Glucosamine HCI with MSM works great for me and my joints.I found a good site for leg pain: (has food and herbal remedies) Check webmd.com for dosage and many other vital information especially if you're taking other Rx. Some herbs clash with meds, so be sure to check with webmd.com side effects on ...about it. I'm pain free now with the use of herbs and exercise & yoga. Good luck and speedy recovery!
There are many natural remedies that can treat joint pain and stiffness, often associated with arthritis and aging. Here are eight methods worth exploring.

@kavinitu I hope it helps, but one important thing...the pharmacist said you can do one of them never both at the same time. Be sure to ask the pharmacist about it especially if you're taking other meds. Do research on webmd.com about the particular one you'll get, for interactions etc. Best is to ask you pharmacist. CVS has sales on it and the CVS brand is cheap when you get it buy one get one free. Walgreen's brand is also a good price with their sale for buy one get one free sale. Do research about it to make sure okay, if it's good for your type of ache. Doctors and pharmacist is a good idea to ask about it too. My doctor, when I got questions, I leave a message with her staff and I say when the doc has time can they ask them and get back to me. Take care and I hope everything will be pain free with you too. You're welcome too!

I have read that green tea is great for those including gout. Green tea melts the acid that settles in our joints that causes pain. I have never experienced any joint pain at all but I have been regularly drinking great tea for a few years now.

I think you should try some hot water bag therapy and then a little bit of exercise not heavy but a little light one.
