I have notifications done for the second time this morning. Unlike yesterday when it took until almost midnight to get them finished.
I have a change of plans for today. Today is the L.I.F.T. ladies brunch, which I go to on the second Saturday of the month. I had sent a message to my son letting him know I would be doing laundry tomorrow.
He called me last night and told me to come today. He has mandatory overtime today for his job, and he has a package going to be delivered and needs to be signed for. So, instead of going to the brunch, I'm now headed to my son's with my laundry. Good thing, anyway, as I really do need to have clean clothes for tomorrow.

I did. The package my son was expecting arrived shortly after he left for work, which was good. I really didn't want to wait until 8 for them to deliver it. I got to spend time with my grandson, which is always good. And I lost another sock. Makes two now.

Our kids are pretty wonderful and at times, they help us out, also:) My plans always get changed, sometimes I wonder why.

@just4him One time my daughter harped for an A&W rootbeer. I finally gave in and we stopped for one. As we traveled back home, there had been a critical car accident about five miles down the highway. Had we not stopped for fifteen minutes at A&W, we might have been involved, also. We missed that spot on the road, by about fifteen minutes.

Sorry you have to skip this brunch. But having clean clothes are important. And I would've skipped to to do laundry and help him out.

Considering this post was for March, it's interesting it's appropriate for today, as I did do laundry today.
