@hereandthere Yeah, in our batch we have 17 colleagues who got promoted. I am not sure for the other levels. Us from Engineer 1 to Engineer 2. Others are from Engineer 2 to Senior Engineer or maybe Senior Engineer to Lead Engineer.

I work as a Materials Engineer in an engineering firm. We do EPC work. Engineering, Procurement and Construction of plants (oil and gas, power, chemical etc.).
