It's Done! It's Done!

On January 18 I submitted a discussion....light hearted about the quilt I mounted on my frame to hand quilt.
At the time I was asked if it would be the last quilt I made in Ontario....and I informed them it might be the last one I start, but didn't expect to finish it for several months.
Now, not even two months down the road, I've finished it. Not in Ontario, but it is hanging on my living room wall in New Brunswick.
Until my painting and furnishings arrive, it will add to my sparse decor,

@LadyDuck the daytime temperatures have been in the 0°C to +2°C.....nighttime -2°-0°C. Spring is coming....but first we have another approaching snowstorm.

The colours really work well together. When I made this quilt the method they used wasted a lot of fabric. I took all those pieces and have made a smaller (lap size) quilt that will also be done soon.

It sure brightens up a long empty wall. When hubby arrives and our other possessions arrive, I'm sure other things might take its place...but for now I'm enjoying it.

Thank you! The purple floral was my focus fabric. It was the starting point for my other colour choices.
