Right now im avoiding coffee, as much as i like it i am now acidic and want to find alternatives what could keep me awake during work. Research have also found that coffee doesnt really keep you awake. Its more of psychological, do you agree?

How about strong tea? I think it can work as well as coffee.

Something with sugar can wake you up. But I dont like softdrinks because it is unhealthy.

@jvincent_129 Well, maybe... oh, I also do not drink it too often, but I think that even breathing is unhealthy

I don't drink coffee nor do I drink anything that could keep me awake. I just try to stay awake by keeping myself busy.

Is that right? I do believe caffeine has an effect on your body. Same with sugar.

If you normally have a starchy-sugary breakfast such as cereal or toast and jam, try changing it to a protein one such as an omelette. Carbs and sugar will spike your insulin levels, but when they drop you will feel tired. Protein will not affect your insulin level, but will give you steady energy throughout the morning.
