Ever Face Mobile Network Issue In A Specific Area?

I just moved out of my old mobile service provider to a new one which was providing Volte Services(HD Calling). The other reason for the transfer was better plans and the internet speed that's been offered. Everything seems running quite well except for one thing the moment I enter my office premises nothing is working. No calls no internet nothing, it was strange as for the first few days after the new service provider activated my number all was working fine. But since past few days these issues are bothering me its pretty frustrating without proper network coverage and that too in a place that I am suppose to spend rest of the hours before leaving. I have launched a complaint regarding the issue and have been assured that it will be looked into soon, hope they do.

I feel its being common with most of us here in the country now, its because of all these competition's going on

I had the same issue with a couple of mobile companies in UK. One allowed me to cancel the contract as they had limited service in that area. The other was due to a fault so they gave me a couple of months free. It took a few days of complaining to get results though. Hope you get it sorted soon

Nice to hear that your issue was resolved but what about the frustration we have to go through in the time period. Your service provider atleast compensated with you for the issues but not ours. I have launched a complaint yesterday with the exact location lets hope today I get some better results or will relaunch the complaint.

Have you tried to reset the router? Sometimes this fixes the problem.

@kavinitu If it is inside a building, it is possible they use a "scrambler" to prevent people to use their phones.

Sorry Anna its my mobile network not the wifi network, I tried to restart the mobile multiple times but it was of no use. The mobile network goes off once I enter my office premises and am unable to receive or make any calls.

Seriously I also feel the same it was a bad decision switching, and now I am stuck on the 90 days completion in the new network before I can switch to another

Idea Network was suppose to be a really good network at times, maybe because of so much competition its losing its phase.

Yeah I had a word with others who have the same service provider and they agreed that since few days they are facing reception issues.

Yeah had faced this kind of issue a year ago but the worst part was it was residence where the issue was, I move a few steps away from my house and the network use to boost and once entered the premises just one bar. It was like raining only on my head

Oh no I just can't imagine this having at my house I can bare it at my office not at my home, hope the issues is resolved as of now?
