Do you like this plant?

My Coach was selling one of her plants today. It will look perfect on my working table. It's refreshing because you can watch it grow flowers in it. And I wanted to have one. I really like to plant one of these plants because they are small and it would be perfect for a hobby. My Coach told us that before she had fish in the aquarium but lately because of hectic schedule as a freelancer she let go of them and venture into something different. And that is planting some of these. So far she has a lot and he sells some of them before they move out to their new house. Do you know some of the names of these plants too?

I believe the succulents might be the ones in the left in the photo. The ones in the middle and right are cactuses. I bought two succulents and killed them both

Growing these in an aquarium would be a good idea. They are usually very hardy.

Can you go on the pinterest site? There are hundreds of pictures of the cacti and succulents. You can look at all the pictures and match it up with the ones you have.

I wanted to put a barrel cactus in my yard then I saw what happened to a friends neighbors cactus and decided against it, if over watered they tend to rot.

They all look like they are in the cacti family. I just had my books out but the lighting is not good here at night. I think some of mine out in my screen room are some of these. Tomorrow when it is light out I will check them out and see what I can figure out.

Those look like the types of cacti you'd find in the Sonoran desert. I've never seen them in this desert, I live in the Chihuahuan desert.
