Have you ever had a situation when you have to sit beside someone you don't like? What to do when your a newbie in an office or at school and noone's talking to you? How do you break the Ice?

I experienced that cold treatment with my previous job. I was new and no one seemed interested to talk to me. It was a bit awkward. But that was just normal reaction at the beginning. After some time I became very close to most of them.

I won't break relationship with newbie, instead I help them to move forward. In case if I need to break up,I just took my phone and say I need to call someone .

Well, first I will open up something like for example. A lab result, I will talk about it and if the one beside me talk about it too, then that's how I converse to them,

I'm always pretty friendly to anyone at work! If someone has just started I'll make the effort to be friendly and help them!
