I learned ABC of land transaction from a family friend

I went to Nasima, a family friend of ours, to learn basics of land transaction. She showed me some documents of her land and told how a piece of land is bought and registered in the buyer's name. If not more, I have definitely learned ABC of it!

That's good. It's expected that I know those things as I work in the real estate business. Started only about three years ago and I am enjoying it.

It's good to learn this things when buying land so someone does not claim what belongs to you in the future.

When I bought my house I had to go through tons of documents. I don't think I even remember ABC of it
