people under welfare should be forced to have lesser kids

I read online where someone suggested that people under welfare should be forced to have just a kid or two since they are depending on the government. I feel this is against their fundamental rights. What do you think?Would this be right?

When people fall into hard times, what do you suggest they do with the kids they already have?

Fine but why should the government give those people MORE $$ when they have more kids that they can’t afford to support? They can have all the kids they want but done expect an increase in benefits per head.

Right, but restricting them is trampling upon their fundamental human rights

If "forced" is the word used, I think that would be against someone's fundamental rights. Better way to put it is educate the people. First, as we all know that children are blessings and they deserve a better life than just depending on the government. The children will feel as if they are a burden. Adults should be educated as well.
