Would you consider Jason Bateman to be an A list actor?

Jason Bateman is a very prolific actor, and has made more movies than almost anyone I can think of, but he isn't really what I would call a box office draw. I mean some people will just go to a movie if TOm Hanks is in it, Meryl Streep, or Brad Pitt. Jason Bateman is probably on the B list in my opinion but he always has work, and probably always will work. I am watching the Gift on Netflix which he has a starrring role in. He almost always plays the same type of character too...the every guy, straight guy who always ends up in some kind of impossible situation,

I watch a lot of movies just because Bateman is in them. Hes probably one of my favorites. I also loved him in Arrested Development

Yes, he may be popular with some and not others..I don't think the studios consider him to be an A lister..
