So, I have a few cats. More like quite a few cats. Now, back in 2010 I talked about how a friend died and we took in her cats. Taillight died 2 years ago of cancer, very sad since she was so sweet. Prissy, on the other hand, wasn't nearly as sweet. She was good with people, but other cats, that was a whole other thing. However, we have no idea how old either of these cats were/are. I think I can safely say that she is one of the older cats. Nef is 15 going on 16. Gabby is 14 going 15. I think I can say that Prissy's either 14 or 15, maybe even 16. Lately she seems to have mellowed a bit toward the other cats, if they don't get in her face too much. Last summer and fall she was totally obsessed with being in the front room with me, then she didn't want in here for several months. Just lately, she's rediscovered the "joy" of being in here. Before she wanted to be on top of the media center, but since she's been coming back in, she hasn't been able to make the jump. So, these last few days, she's been sleeping on top of my computer tower. Now, this is a quite narrow tower, but then again, Prissy is also rather narrow. This evening, I was reading my book and eating dinner when I heard a scrabbling sound and a small crash. I look up and Prissy is picking herself up from between a box and the tower. I wrote my wife and told her that Prissy fell out of "bed."
