Stuck in the House Again!

Happy Friday everyone! Yesterday was just awesome. I had a nice lunch with my daughters at Ruby Tuesdays and then we went to Michael's. Michael's was a bonanza since they had so nice sales and I came home with a bag full of goodies. Going to a craft store to me is fun and I could literally spend so much money (but I didn't). Being out renewed my energy and now today, I'm back stuck in the house once again. My daughter went to work so I don't have a car even if I wanted to go out. I decided to make today a productive day and started by changing the sheets on my bed and since winter is still hanging around I'm sticking to flannel sheets. I love getting into a nice toasty warm bed at night. I'm going to make a small lasagna for dinner (no meat) so once I myLot for awhile I'll get the sauce going. I'm in the middle of a good book so I really want to read a bit this afternoon and of course do some crocheting. After a general tidy up of the downstairs I'll have the day to myself. I like when I'm productive and can look back on the day and feel accomplished. TGIF! are you looking forward to the weekend?

Sorry you're stuck at home again.. we had lssagna two nights ago (but with meat) and i loved it. Enjoy your food and day!

Yes and mainly for the peace and quiet it brings me just lately. Have a great weekend ahead though and hope its sunnier days also.

TGIF. I think this weekend is going to be great. I will do some visiting and prepare my roof for the coming rains. The rains last fell last Tuesday and everyone is getting ready making preparations. This year the rains have started earlier than usual.

You're going to keep busy, despite being stuck in the house. My only plans this weekend is laundry tomorrow at my son's, which is good because I get to spend time with him and my grandson, unless my grandson is working.

I am not really looking forward the weekend, because I know that I need to go to go back to the apartment of my mom and continue to clean up.

I put a pot roast and veggies in the crock pot before I left this morning. It'll be done when I get home after work. I probably work both weekend days. That's generally my schedule.
