Freaky first date

I met someone on one of the local dating sites. We hit it off right away and we have alot in common. A lot of shared interests. He made it clear to me that he likes my 'long tresses'. He even calls me 'Rapunzel'.
One day I received a very strange request from him. We hadn't even met yet and he asked me if he could have a lock of my hair for himself to keep!
Now I can't speak for anyone else, but I think there is something freaky about your blind date coming at you with the scissors!
I refused his request and we ended the conversation.
What strange requests ( if any) did your potential blind date ask of you? (Or vice versa)

On a second date I was purposed too. I could not help but laugh.And no I did not marry him, I think he just wanted some and that line worked with other girls.

Yeah, I think you made the right decision on that one. He probably was gonna go home and make a voodoo doll or altar of you and do creepy rituals.

I never had strange requests before meeting someone.
It might happen later during the relationship, but I haven't met anyone confident enough to ask me something that early. He sounded like some freak that keeps locks of hair as trophies.
