Just what I needed. The battle of too much weight has been a life long struggle. Now my doctor is on my case. I got to loose 12 pounds by Aug. It's not working yet. I'm going to try this. Wish me luck and I do hope this works. I lost weight when I was grieving, but gained 7 pounds back. I'm short and a Senior too, so things are not so easy to change either, but I got to try. Thanks for the tip!

@oahuwriter Start off slow - Track your food and exercise - Do chair workouts, but just get moving - Cut calories where you can - Have a positive support system - Good luck to you on this journey!
