Despite how you feel today, plan to workout. There are so many ways we can get moving, such as going for a walk outdoors or on a treadmill, running around the park, strength training, doung a workout dvd, stretching, or even doing a new exercise class. So, what kind of workout do you plan to do today? Please share!

I think that later on I will do some push-ups or sit-ups, as these are exercises that I can do indoors.
But their's no way I'm going outside for a walk or a run around my neighborhood today, because the wind chill is awful here! It's freezing, and I'm not die-hard enough when it comes to getting exercise to walk or run in weather like this.

@MainerMikeBrown - I feel you my friend! It was in the high 40s in Michigan today. The sun was shining, but it was still breezy!
