I mean the Clancy Brothers. Its that day again. Tis green,my friend, green. I have one very green and I mean Christmas green sweater. I intend to plant my body in that sweater and wear it when we head out for a late lunch with a friend. I hope most of you know the Clancy Brothers. If you don't, feel free to look them up on YouTube. "There's whiskey in the jar!" My great grandmother penned her version of the truth: on my Dad's side my people started out in the Dublin area of the world. My daughter does not like this Saint Paddy day. Saint Paddy drove all the snakes out of Ireland. Snakes as in pagans. He drove an ancient religion out of Ireland. He drove culture and music and wild ripping good parties, out, out. Get out and begone! So she does not like this day. I love Mickey Spillane and his uillane pipes. Makes me teary each and every time. The Battlefield Band provides a rollicking good time, too. So happy St. Paddy's day to whoever notes the day. I'm not a drinker but I support your need to tip a pint or two, Guinness or otherwise.

I'm sure there are a lot of people with headaches this morning after celebrating St Pat's Day a tad too well.
