I have always loved that movie, but now I get teary-eyed now when I watch it, as my daughter is now 18 and heading to college. I watch that movie and know that I'm probably going to be in a similar situation very soon! haha

Right we can’t keep our daughters or sons little forever. My daughter will be graduating high school in May.

@Tina30219 That's when my daughter will be graduating high school as well! She's already got some college credits under her belt, so she'll start at the University of Florida almost a sophomore.

It is the movie where his daughter got married wearing sneakers right? I also remember little kids driving. I was like 7 years old when I watch it. I remember it also had a sequel.

Yes she did. Yes there is a part 2 and I might watch it tonight depends on when my boyfriend gets home from fishing

I saw it and the sequel as well as the original versions with Elizabeth Taylor.

Never knew Elizabeth Taylor was in it and that this is not the original version of the movie.

I love this movie! Classic and one of my all-time favorite. And mother-daughter give birth on the same day and the men were going gaga.
