This story is very interesting since a dog that was stolen from his owner Deanna Blakely in November. The Blakely couple was living in Eastern Tennessee at that time. They moved to West Palm Beach without their pet dog. Since the dog had a microchip, the dog who was found by a stranger in Walland Tennessee, the dog spent time at the Blount County Animal Center. The catch is that Deanna was taking her of her husband so she could travel back to Tennessee to retrieve her pet. However two students who work at the animal center were going to travel to Florida and they volunteered to travel to West Palm Beach to deliver the dog named Blue to his owner said Kristen Baska who is the Rescue Coordinator of the Animal Shelter. When Blue was reunited with his owner, Deanna was crying tears of joy that her pet dog came home to his family after four months of being separated.

@Deepizzaguy What a beautiful story. My cat hides inside our home when there are too many people here but she was outside once and I knew where she was but the people would not give me her. I am wondering if I should put a chip on her anyway. I do not want to lose her.

Four months is a long time. Deanna must have had lost hope of getting her pet back.

She was hoping that someone in the animal shelter could take her dog home as a favor since she could drive back to Tennessee herself since her husband was ill. I guess Deanna must have prayed everyday for the safety of her dog Blue.
