Have you ever complain when you have a job for little things? I used to work in a restaurant for over 3 years. I used to complain when I started working why? People would be on the phone every time. I used to prep and fried everything. People used to get drinks and when I wanted one I got in trouble. But then I started to stop complaining and used all of the peoples lazyness in my favor. How? I stared working fast. Some people took more that 2 hours to fry. It took me sometimes an hour or less to fry everything and clean my area. And I got to ask the boss for a raise. And I always got it why? Because I was working hard without complaining. So until now the manager tells me nobody can't beat my record. He wants me back at that job.
